Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Develop and update detailed BIM plans, ensuring their adherence to overall project specifications, Nesma & Partners’ Preconstruction & VDC standards and industry best practices, to improve efficiency and mitigate rework.
