Role Overview

The BIM Architect is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring design accuracy, interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with company BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain architectural BIM models (LOD 300–500)
  • Coordinate BIM models with Structural and MEP disciplines
  • Perform clash detection and design coordination
  • Prepare construction drawings, detailed drawings, and As-Built documentation
  • Ensure BIM deliverables comply with company and project standards
  • Support design reviews and technical coordination during construction

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture or related field
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
  • Prior BIM project experience preferred
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
