Position: BIM Architect
Location: Gurugram, Chennai
Qualification Required: B.Arch
Experience Required: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors.
  • Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
