This position, reporting to the IDD Director, requires support in document production, CAD, and 3D modeling activities. Your understanding of digital delivery phases and BIM execution plans will elevate project coordination. Engage with complex data management and contribute to enhancing project outcomes through advanced modeling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support team with document production for IDD
• Perform 3D laser scanning and point cloud analysis
• Enable clash detection and reporting effectively
• Develop BIM execution plans with project teams
• Ensure alignment with LOD/LOI standards
Requirements:
• Technical degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• 2-3 years of BIM/CAD relevant experience
