  • About the Role:
    As the Billings/Contract Officer, you will be reporting into the Financial operations manager and your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
  • Daily billings of services and distribution of invoices
  • Reviewing contracts to ensure everything is correct / secondary checking
  • Reconciliations 
  • Managing queries and contacting customers when payments are over due
  • Managing credit notes 
  • Generating invoices 
  • Allocations and receipting
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders 
  • Other ad hoc duties as per your Manager's request
