The Billing technician will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Review freight documentation (BOLs, PODs, contracts, rate confirmations) to ensure billing accuracy.
• Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
