JOB DUTIES
• Manage a team of billing specialists/clerks.
• Supervise and coordinate the billing department to facilitate timely, accurate, and efficient billing operations.
• Communicate job expectations; monitor and appraise job contributions.
• Analyze billing data and develop reports for management.
• Resolve invoice disputes and maintain quality customer relations.
• Improve billing efficiency when possible.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
• Identify variances and implement corrective actions.
