The Role

Our client is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their Finance team in Vancouver. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package.

This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of monthly client billing within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of billing processes, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full billing cycle, including reviewing work-in-progress (WIP), applying write-offs and write-downs, and finalizing invoices

  • Generate and process invoices, including electronic billing (e-billing)

  • Ensure invoices are delivered in accordance with client-specific requirements
