Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH

What You'll Do
- Processing orders, tickets, and account data
- Setting up billing profiles and reseller accounts in platforms like Rev.io and Datagate
- Managing product catalogs, usage plans, and billing configurations
- Coordinating with onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner activation
- Providing timely support to reseller billing inquiries
- Maintaining tracking sheets and ensuring data accuracy across systems
