Billing Specialist

As a Billing Specialist, one must accurately and efficiently audit, enter, and invoice bills to our customers. This role is required to address any issues that may cause concern to the customer. Processing payments, responding to emails, and pulling reports is also an asset to this position.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of vendor bills and customer invoicing
• Issue invoices and bills to customers
• Audit invoices
• Report on activity to upper management
• Receive payments through various methods
• Create excel backup for customers in NetSuite
• Issue customer account statements whenever necessary
• Dispute issues with the Carrier/Courier
• Address any customer inquiries/concerns
• Answer emails/Direct emails to the designated Team Member
• Take Customer phone calls
• Print bills from Admin Email for auditing
