As a Billing Specialist, you will be based in Casablanca. You will work on all Credit & Collection activities to ensure full compliance with our corporate and local credit policy and actively contribute to DSO reduction and AR aging objectives.

What You'll do

The key responsibility of the Billing Specialist is to manage the entire process of the customer credit risk assessment and make recommendations of payment terms to our sales force in accordance with our credit policy, you will also establish an efficient customer orientated, Customer visits to do reconciliation and follow up on collection of payment as well as pre-dunning / dunning process. You will be proactive in resolving credit problems, investigating and assessing the customers’ financial condition, researching and resolving invoice errors and complaints.
