Billing & Retention Specialist — Hybrid

OpenTable is seeking a Billing Support Specialist in Mexico City to advocate for partners, manage billing cycles, and prevent churn in a fast-paced contact center. The role begins with an intensive 8-week in-office training, followed by a hybrid schedule with in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays.

You will handle payments, resolve disputes, and protect partner relationships while using Salesforce and NetSuite to document and reconcile accounts.
