Our client has a long legacy of supporting some of our most vulnerable community members with housing, health and social services. They have a dedicated finance team, who fill an important role in ensuring that the billing process is accurate and robust, to be able to continue to provide optimal care.

This is a temporary position to commence with, with the potential for permanent employment.

About the Role

As the Billing Officer, your responsibilities will include –

  • Foster and manage key relationships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
  • Manage the billing processes, ensuring accuracy of fees and promptly finalising accounts.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations against financial records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
