Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a billing team to ensure accurate and timely invoices for software products and services.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles, including subscription renewals and usage-based charges.

  • Develop and implement best practices to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer experience.

  • Ensure adherence to revenue recognition policies, SOX compliance, and internal controls.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage billing systems and ensure data integrity.

  • Collaborate with IT and Finance to support system enhancements and automation initiatives.
