Job Description

KONE México in Mexico City is seeking a Billing/Collections specialist to support invoicing processes and ensure timely revenue recognition. You will follow up on down payments, issue final invoices, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep orders on track.

This role focuses on mid-market billing cycles, maintenance-contracted invoicing, credits and credits reversal, and ensuring accuracy of debit memos and reports from installation technicians.
