Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Billing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely billing of telecommunication services while supporting automation and AI-driven initiatives to enhance billing accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and issue monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc invoices for telecom services, including voice, data, hardware sales, and project‑based billing in accordance with SOF and contractual terms.
• Review and verify billing data, contracts, and pricing to ensure accuracy and completeness before invoicing.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating closely with technical and sales teams.
• Monitor billing cycles to ensure timely and accurate invoice delivery.
