Job Title: Billing Executive Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GABA Software and be proficient in preparing invoices, delivery challans, and maintaining billing records accurately. Key Responsibilities Prepare and generate customer invoices using GABA Software. Create and manage delivery challans. Ensure accurate billing as per purchase orders and dispatch details. Maintain billing records and documentation. Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth billing operations. Verify quantities, rates, GST, and other billing details before invoice generation. Handle billing-related queries and maintain proper records for audits.
