Position Title: Sr. Executive (Billing & Estimation)

Location: Kharadi, Near Eon, Pune

Reporting to: Management, Project Manager & Project- in-charge

Responsibilities:

Preparing Budgets - Ongoing & Completed Projects

· Budget includes - Raw shell, Warm Shell, MEP, Façade & Fabrication

· Cost Comparisions for Labour & Material as per requirement

Preparing of Preliminary Budgets for new projects

· Work out the quantities for all bldgs ,podium - Raw shell, warm shell

· Finalized the bills of RCC with the Contractor

· Approved indents as per estimate

· Uploading Bill of Quantities

Weekly meeting with Site & Project Incharge

· Guide and direct the Trainee engineers
