Billing & Data Entry Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Tax Bill Team as a Data Entry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounts payable, which we believe will be highly beneficial in quickly adapting to our processes.

Role~ Data Entry

Schedule~ Full-time, Monday – Friday

Hours~ 8~00 AM – 5~00 PM CST (US Timezone)

Primary Focus~ Accounts Payable, Data Entry

Key Responsibilities~

• Accurately enter and manage tax bill data into internal systems.
• Support the team with invoice processing and reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
• Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in billing and payment records.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
