This role provides exceptional customer service while assisting patients with payment options, insurance-related questions, financial assistance programs, and account resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating financial eligibility, establishing payment arrangements, processing account transactions, managing collections activities, and maintaining accurate account documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to helping patients understand and meet their financial obligations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
