Job Responsibilities and Details

  • Coordinate the setup of vendor forms, payment methods, billing portals, and account name changes to facilitate timely payments.
  • Oversee the billing inquiry ticketing system, ensuring all requests are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Provide PPE and work ongoing shifts that aim to build close relationships with clients dealing with medical illnesses and age‑related conditions.
  • Act as an assembler of plywood sub‑floors using cutting tools, power tools, and air tools; perform heavy lifting; adhere to a straight day shift schedule (Monday‑Thursday 6 AM‑3:30 PM, Friday 6 AM‑2 PM).
  • Apply expert judgement in ambiguous cases as a Physics Professor / Principal Investigator while delivering defensible written articulation; participate in an AI data lab for training frontier models and evaluating AI agents.
