Job Description
This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of billing for the branch according to customers’ rules and requirements. The lead role is the point of contact for the district’s service billers in terms of training, problem resolution, billing documentation, project cost issues and compliance reporting. Accurately prepare customer invoices for all individually assigned accounts, including proper sales tax application. Review billed sales report and properly record job costs. This is to include: track all costs of the job throughout the project as compared to estimates, record and track proper accruals, and report to the management profitability on a timely and accurate basis.
