Billing Coordinator – Finance Team

Position Overview

Collaborate with project and finance teams to deliver accurate and timely invoicing across projects in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage billing terms in internal systems for an assigned portfolio of projects and clients.
  • Obtain additional billing details to ensure accuracy and escalated billing issues to the Regional Billing Manager.
  • Generate and submit invoice drafts and supporting documentation to reviewers/approvers; revise as required.
  • Prepare and issue final invoice packages to clients within required timelines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Managers, and Project Accountants to resolve issues efficiently.
