As a Billing Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing billing data foundations and managing client onboarding processes effectively. Your experience in eBilling and legal billing compliance will help maintain accurate client rates across multiple platforms. You'll also resolve invoicing issues, ensuring all invoices are tracked and reconciled.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and configure new matters and clients accurately
• Validate billing formats, resolving errors promptly
• Set up client-specific rates each year
• Partner with billing analysts to resolve invoicing issues
• Develop and maintain documentation for billing processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of legal billing experience
