Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing customer accounts by ensuring timely deposit of client payments, accurate posting of account updates, and prompt preparation and response to client statements of account and related inquiries.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Business-related course.

Work Experience:
One (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable or general accounting functions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Accounting and/or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with the Accounts Receivable cycle.
  • Understanding of accounts aging analysis and collection procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
