The Billing & Invoicing Coordinator supports the Sales Operations team by managing invoicing, account reconciliation, and accounts receivable tracking within a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This role goes beyond basic billing. The ideal candidate will work across multiple internal systems, reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial data aligns across platforms. The position requires both precision and speed, as well as the ability to understand how spreadsheet data connects between systems.
