Summary

We are looking for a Billing Analyst to undertake billing operations in our Revenue department. We’ll count on you to issue invoices with a high degree of accuracy to guarantee our revenue. Our Billing Analyst should have a keen eye for detail. Your goal will be to monitor accounts receivable and ensure we bill our customers correctly and timely.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Revenue Team members to provide monthly invoicing to all external clients for the Company.
• Distribute invoices in a timely manner via Oracle Fusion, 3rd‑party portals (Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass) and/or email.
• Build and maintain relationships with external customers as it relates to monthly invoicing.
• Collaborate with other functions (Treasury, Revenue, Sales ops, Education, Tax) to ensure billing accuracy.
