Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate customer account records and apply payments correctly.
Monitor outstanding receivables and identify overdue accounts.
Process various payment types and ensure accurate system posting.
Perform weekly/monthly AR reconciliations and prepare aging and financial reports.
Investigate billing issues, coordinate with internal teams, and issue credit notes or adjustments when needed
