Job Description
Activities
- Performs all clerical functions related to billing including: compiling, computing, accounting and recording basic figures and statistics related to billing.
- Processes invoices, calculates, analyzes, and closes client orders.
- Enters billing data into system.
- Confirms order deposits, verifies expenses have posted, creates debit memos.
- Analyzes and monitors all orders to insure proper allocation of expenses.
- Researches and resolves client billing problems or issues.
- Creates and runs routine reports upon request.
