Activities

  • Performs all clerical functions related to billing including: compiling, computing, accounting and recording basic figures and statistics related to billing.
  • Processes invoices, calculates, analyzes, and closes client orders.
  • Enters billing data into system.
  • Confirms order deposits, verifies expenses have posted, creates debit memos.
  • Analyzes and monitors all orders to insure proper allocation of expenses.
  • Researches and resolves client billing problems or issues.
  • Creates and runs routine reports upon request.
