Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Verify billing data, pricing, and contract terms to ensure proper invoicing
  • Resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with internal departments and clients
  • Maintain billing records and update customer account information as needed
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with collections follow-up
  • Support the preparation and oversight of monthly accrual activities
