Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Travel & Lifestyle Phone Agent to support a premium international travel services operation serving U.S.-based customers. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced global environment.
The position focuses on providing world-class service to premium clients while assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements, personalized itinerary planning, and customer support.
This is a hybrid position based in Mexico City.
