Callnovo is seeking an English-Spanish bilingual Tier 2 Technical Support Representative to deliver customer service and issue resolution for an international client.

Strong English and Spanish, solid troubleshooting, and experience handling escalations required. This is a remote freelancer role with CET hours: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, 5 days per week.

You will respond via email, chat, phone, and ticketing, escalate complex cases with precise notes, and follow client workflows.
