**Requirements**:
English level B2/C1
Customer Service experience
Tech knowledge
Full availability
**Training**: 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, fully paid. (4 weeks)
**Hoop Operations**: 6am. to 10pm, 2 days off
**Work 100% on Site**, in DOWNTOWN, MONTERREY N.L.
