Our Federal Government client is seeking a Bilingual Strategic Communications Coordinator to work on contract supporting a national intergovernmental Council, Working Groups, and Task Teams by developing and delivering internal and external communications strategies, enhancing visibility, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.TasksDevelop and implement a strategic communications and engagement plan with clear priorities, audiences, methods, and performance metrics
Coordinate communication activities and products across multiple working groups and teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness
Draft and edit communication materials including reports, key messages, press releases, and web content to support strategic priorities and public engagement
Monitor emerging issues, identify potential risks, and propose proactive communication approaches to address contentious topics
