We are looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant who is a strong communication specialist, problem-solver, and workflow optimizer, and who is fluent in both English and German. This role goes far beyond basic guest messaging — you will take ownership of guest communications, dispute resolution, review management, and quality control while helping elevate the guest experience across a premium short-term rental portfolio.

You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, implementing best practices, and ensuring guest feedback is consistently analyzed and translated into actionable improvements.
