We’re looking for a Bilingual Service Desk Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to global users. This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication in English and either Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via chat, email, or phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, Windows/macOS, Outlook, Active Directory, and Office Suite.
  • Log, track, and manage incidents using ticketing tools while ensuring timely resolution.
