We’re looking to fill an opening for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to join our People & Culture team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Learning & Organizational Development, the Senior Learning & Development Manager is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with the HR leadership team, HR Business Partners, the Aviso Leadership group and other internal clients to provide advice, support and consultation on learning and development initiatives aimed at achieving business results through quality training. This role will focus on the employee development experience from onboarding throughout their career at Aviso.
What your day looks like:
