Job Description
This is a remote position. Build and run outbound/inbound sales for a growing AI translation app, working 1:1 with the founder to design the sales process from scratch not just execute a playbook. Key Responsibilities Own outbound prospecting (LATAM/US Spanish-speaking markets, B2C + potential B2B/education partnerships) Build and iterate sales scripts, sequences, and qualification criteria alongside founder Set up/manage CRM and pipeline tracking (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) Run demos and close smaller deals directly; qualify larger ones for founder Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and system improvements Recommend and help implement sales automation (email sequences, follow-up cadences) Requirements Native or fluent Spanish + professional English (bilingual, spoken and written) 2+ years B2B/B2C sales or SDR experience, ideally at an early-stage startup or app/SaaS company Demonstrated ability to build process, not just follow one (early employee/generalist mindset) Comfort...
