Pay: $29/hr - $33/hr

Our client is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to support their growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and helping create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and candidate meetings
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records
