Bilingual Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our team remotely . You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while effectively communicating with both clients and candidates in English and Spanish .

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, Isolved applicants tracking, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct bilingual screening interviews and assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Communicate job offers, feedback, and onboarding steps clearly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives.
