- Use GPT productively (prompting, call summaries, message improvements) to accelerate daily tasks.
- Communicate professionally:- Clear and understandable English during phone calls- Precise and concise written updates- Meet weekly activity metrics (e.g., ~100+ responses or pickups per week).
- Collaborate with leadership in simple and transparent metric reviews.
