Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full‑lifecycle recruitment process for both direct labor (production associates) and indirect labor (administrative, technical, engineering, and management positions).
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and headcount plans to ensure timely staffing alignment with production demands and business growth.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, department leaders, and HR teams to define recruitment priorities and enhance the overall candidate experience.
