Responsibilities

:
  • Provide support in deal execution and transaction management

  • Develop financial models and analysis for potential and live transactions

  • Conduct thorough research on companies and industries and delivery of concise summaries

  • Use research tools to extract relevant background material for business development and transaction support

  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external marketing materials

  • Create presentations and pitch books to existing and potential clients

  • Support client meetings and calls with the Vice President

  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute client strategies

  • Assist with due diligence processes of potential buyers or clients of PCA

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
