Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing with a focus on personal injury law required. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. Your primary focus will be drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements with insurance companies, and managing cases from intake through resolution.
