As part of the HR Operations team, you will report to the Director of Payroll and play a vital role in managing payroll across 21 pay groups. Your expertise will streamline the payroll process, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support internal audits while recognizing the importance of precise data management and change adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and efficiently for large teams
• Review payroll transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Prepare special payments and complex pay calculations
• Maintain compliance with legal and tax reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required
