Job Description

UPM Raflatac Mexico is seeking a Customer Service I to join our Sentura, Tlalnepantla team. You will enter orders from multiple customer segments, correct failed E-biz orders daily, and finalize cases by entering purchase order numbers in Rafgo according to customer notes.

The role requires strong organization, time management, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement, with fluency in English and Spanish.
