The Role

  • Provide onsite IT support for hardware and software issues.
  • Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals.
  • Support meeting rooms, AV equipment, printers, and workplace technology.
  • Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of IT equipment.
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with other IT teams.
  • Support multiple office locations under a Hub & Spoke model (local travel required).

The Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in onsite End User IT support.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with hardware, peripherals, and corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL principles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Azure (a plus).
