Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 (commensurate with experience and region)
- Incentive Bonus: $15,000 - $25,000 annually based on quality outcomes
- Physician Partnership Track available
- 6 Weeks of Paid Time Off (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and CME)
- Annual CME Allowance: $5,000
