Bilingual New Accounts Administrator

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Bilingual New Account Administrator to join our Operations team.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Account Opening and Specialized Accounts, the Bilingual New Account Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day processing of new and fee-based accounts in an accurate and timely manner in the CISO (formerly IIROC) Dealer Member Space.

The Bilingual New Account Administrator interacts daily with others within the Operations team as well as with our dedicated advisor service team. Continuous improvement is a priority, and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to and/or support efficiency improvement ideas.
