Bilingual Internal HR Associate

About the role

The Internal Human Resources Associate will work in partnership with the US-based Internal Human Resources Specialist to provide critical support in onboarding and orienting new employees to the company. This role will focus on ensuring a smooth and engaging pre-onboarding and onboarding experience for all new hires. This position will serve a dual-role on the HR Service Operations team processing HR changes in the HRIS system with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner, facilitating successful termination & offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews, running reports, managing the annual performance review process and the company's performance management system, and handling front-line HR service center inquiries.
